Imagine.....Building a complete home (504 Sq. Ft./ 46.8 M2) with just eighteen (18) panels anywhere in the world and with the use of three common building materials (Light Gauge Steel, Portland Cement and Sand) in less than 14 Days.
The Stucc On Steel Building System breaks down the complexity of home construction into a series of wall, floor, ceiling and roof panels. This one-of-a-kind building system allows builders and developers with the ability to create and build the entire structure, using a series of pre-manufactured panels and then finish those panels on the inside and outside with a durable but decorative high-strength stucco finish.

Stucc On Steel pre-engineering components accommodates accurate manufacturing and simplified construction at the site, enabling various structures (houses & buildings) to be built at least two times faster, with less skilled labor, that are highly resistant against fire, termites, mold, mildew, the effects of nature and are 100% environmentally friendly by being 100% recyclable. Stucc On Steel structures, compared with cement block and reinforced concrete, can be built at least 10% cheaper.

Stucc On Steel has also developed the manufacturing process that can be cost-effectively licensed anywhere in the world, which can empower builders to manufacture their own construction materials on or near the project site, with raw materials (light gauge galvanized steel, cement & sand) purchased from local suppliers and manufactured by native workers in their own factory setting, cutting out costly distribution and unnecessary manufacturing costs ultimately saving them money.

Stucc On Steel can show you how to provide quality housing for large scale projects at a reasonable cost.

From a Panelized Building Structure.....to the application of our Structural Stucco.....to the Finished Home.

Stucc On Steel Building Technology can also be incorporated into both residential & commercial applications, including but not limiting, multi-story houses & buildings, temporary shelters, emergency housing, military structures and mixed use development.

In February 2005, the owners of Stucc On Steel created a charitable organization, called Tsunami REACH, as part of its Corporate Social Resposibility (CSR). REACH, an acronym for Reconstruction Efforts Aiding Communities without Homes. In April 2008, Tsunami REACH reconstituted itself as REACH (Reconstruction Efforts Aiding Children without Homes) so it could expand its program to bring decent, affordable and environmentally friendly buildings to children affected by poverty, war, and Natural Disaster throughout the world.

REACH is organizing volunteer Travel/Build opportunities for anyone who is interested in participating. In Nov./Dec. 2008 we will be construction a children center (orphanage) for 50 children in Rajahmundry, India.
